I bought this dress for the marine corps ball and it was perfect!! Fit me exactly and made me feel like a princess. There’s a perfect amount of tulle for the skirt to make it flow nicely, but if you want an extra “ball gown poof” get a petticoat! But For me it wasn’t needed. Just perfect !!
